Alison’s classes are relatable and accessible, honouring tradition & evidence- based practices. Explore a step by step ‘breath centred approach’ bringing a balance of stability & mobility & improve your body-mind connection.  Alison holds an intuitive and relaxed space so you feel supported & can explore what works for your body. Alison has recently focused on the benefits of Restorative Yoga, guided & movement meditation to support wellness. Particularly, how these practices renew our nervous and circulatory systems. Support immunity and  mental health resilience in times of continual change and challenge.

Group studio classes

Explore the foundations and benefits of asana, pranayama, relaxation & mindfulness tools. These classes offer knowledge around safe alignment and variations for your practice to build stability and strength. Your nervous system and mind will feel balanced as you link each breath with movement & release tension to prepare you for conscious rest in savasana and meditation.

Ritual of Rest: a 25 Day Challenge for $25
Join me to consciously rest for 20 minutes for  25 days through a practice of Yoga Nidra. Scientifically proven to balance your nervous system and bring a deep meditative state. You receive:

– an Intro to Yoga Nidra 20min recorded audio with background music you can do daily.
– a tutorial of how to set up supported relaxation with your yoga mat & home props.

Bonus on-line classes: join me on-line for 3 Consecutive Wednesday evenings on Zoom for a 30min live practice/weekly check Commencing : Wednesday  8.15pm from 19th October.
