Yoga for Cancer: an integrative approach

Alison will guide you through restorative movement, breath and rest practices that help relieve tension and pain. Learn researched practices and techniques to integrate into your day. Ease anxiousness, sleeplessness, and uncertainty. Feel inspired to do the things that you love to support your treatment, healing and beyond.
Over the past 5 years, Alison has held classes for women and men through diagnosis, treatment and beyond. She is trained in ‘Yoga as therapy’ for Cancer with Annette Loudon and the Yoga Therapy Institute. These services are offered alongside Oncology Care at the Mater Hospital North Sydney at the Kay Van Norton Centre for Wellbeing OR you can register your interest for classes at Putney or North Sydney. Doctors clearance needed to commence practice.
